What is the rule for Interventions? Do all interventions used for a child get entered on the SIF, or just those interventions used specifically by PRC29 paid staff and from PRC29 funds?

Interventions recorded on a SIF, Mid Year and End of Year, are those used by staff paid from PRC29 funds. It is not interventions that are paid from other funds, or staff not PRC29 funded.
