What is the RollBak G2 tonneau cover made from?
?RollBak tonneau covers are made of super heavy duty, aircraft grade aluminum slats that are water tight and attached to each other by way of a patented extrusion, which allows the RollBak slats to link to each other like tongue and groove. The slats are powder coated with a virtually indestructible baked on finish. The finish is designed to be rugged, not show sratches and can absorb massive amounts of impact. The underside of the RollBak slats are felt lined with a mildew protected, marine grade felt that deadens sound, insulates the cover and protects the slats when they are rolled up inside the canister. The RollBak tonneau?s canister is made from an impact resistant ABS and designed to absorb shock and impact. It cannot dent and is rounded to expel unwanted water quickly and more efficiently than other types of retractable tonneau covers.
