The Zoning Board of Appeals holds public hearings for Variances, Planned Unit Developments, Text Amendments, Subdivisions, Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, and other land use issues. The Zoning Board meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM on the 2nd floor of Village Hall at 9526 Irving Park Road. When considering a request, the Commission considers its standards, the Comprehensive Plan, the petitioner’s proposal, public input, and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
