What is the role of the VAP Service as it takes part in bridging supply and demand? What are the responsibilities users need to take for using VAP Service?
VAP is solely a passive information conduit, in which pre-designed functions and processes for matchmaking, screening, inviting for discussions are provided. Members can make use of these functions with their own free will via Internet for the purpose of reaching supply and demand collaboration. VAP does not involve in any information preparation and data settings for specifying the demands of seeking resources and the interests of supplying resources. VAP does not engage as well in the invitation decision and business discussion process, through which the demanding member invites candidate members to go through review, discussion and negotiation process, so can hopefully reach a final collaborative result. Hence, all the members using VAP Service should provide their information with honesty and full accuracy, and commit to their promises in good faith, and they should also take the full responsibilities and liabilities for any damages arising out of oversights or fraudulent behavior.
