What is the role of the Technical Advisory Committee?
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is a panel of experts that oversees the conduct of the project and will serve for the duration of the project. The roles of the committee include drafting and approving the project work statement, selecting the best qualified researchers to conduct the project, review of project progress reports and annual reports, acceptance of project deliverables and final projects, and recommending implementation activities.
