This is where new applications will be tested (as laboratory), as research & development center for new applications that would benefit rural communities and schools and shall serve as the Training Institute for the YFM/KKK, where Basic to Advanced Modules will be created and where trainees will be Certified for deployment initially in N4EJs in Region 1, ultimately across the nation and in the Asia-Pacific region.
