What is the role of the Records Management (RM) Office in this area?
The RM Office is responsible for coordinating the University’s compliance with the FOI Act and is always available to respond to difficult and non routine FOI requests. The Office conducts FOI and records management training, prepares policies, guidance and procedural materials as well as maintaining documents that can help you comply with the FOI Act and locate information more easily (such as the University Publication Scheme and the Records Retention Schedule).
