What is the Role of the New York Energy $mart Communities State Representative and Other NYSERDA staff?
The Energy $mart Communities State Representative (State Representative) is the NYSERDA staff person designated to oversee all New York Energy $mart Communities Partnerships. The State Representative takes an active role in all of the Partnerships. The State Representative trains the Coordinator; provides assistance accessing NYSERDA programs; facilitates peer exchange between all of the Coordinators; answers Coordinators’ questions on a day-to-day basis; and works with NYSERDA’s Communication Department to develop marketing materials for each region. Other NYSERDA staff are also available to provide assistance when needed. II. STATEMENT OF WORK A draft Statement of Work and Schedule is detailed below.
