What is the role of the Moderator?
Val Frazee is the Moderator for this forum. Her job is to answer your questions about how the system works and to take care of deleting inappropriate messages. She can also refund your Expert Points, if you don’t receive a helpful response, or you resolve your question on your own. And she may send you a reminder email to choose an Accepted Answer and close out your question if it has been up for a while and has several responses. She monitors the discussion center on a daily basis. Please feel free to write her any time if you have questions or concerns.
