What is the role of the Management Team Assistant at WMG?
WMG staff are organized into management teams. Each team includes a manager and a Management Team Assistant as well as accounting staff. The purpose of the Management Team Assistant is to perform the day to day administrative functions that do not require the expertise of the manager, providing the manager with more time to spend on management matters. Whenever a resident calls the management office, either the Association Manager or his/her Management Team Assistant should be available to take their call. Most times, the Assistant will be able to assist them or he/she will communicate with the Manager and get any additional information that may be needed.
