As such the HKIAC administers the arbitration proceedings brought under the HKDNR Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy in accordance with the HKDNR Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy Rules of Procedure and the HKIAC’s own Domain Name Dispute Supplemental Rules.
