What is the role of the corporate corporate citizenship manager and IBM executives who help represent IBM to the community?
The corporate citizenship manager and IBM executives – including the senior location executive in the U.S. and Canada, or the country general manager, location manager, regional director and so forth in non U.S. locations – may play various roles in On Demand Community. Their roles may include being the focal points for not-for-profit organizations and schools, as well as for IBM volunteers involved in the On Demand Community strategy. For example, corporate citizenship managers and IBM executives may work together to recruit interested IBMers for programs, identify good partners in the community, and help refine existing and/or develop new offerings.
