Generally, none. • The Kent Municipal Court is housed within the Aukeen District Court facility; however, they are two (2) separate court systems. • All criminal misdemeanor matters occurring within and filed by the City of Kent are filed in the Kent Municipal Court. • All criminal misdemeanor matters occurring within unincorporated King County are filed in the Aukeen District Court. Aukeen District Court also processes misdemeanors for other cities contracting for court services at Aukeen.
