The management of the implementing agency shall designate an agency evaluator to evaluate one or more suggestions. The duties of an agency evaluator shall include: • Receive suggestions from the agency coordinator and review within 90 days, when possible. • Judge impartially both the positive and negative effects of a suggestion on the current functions of the program, activity or service • Determine the feasibility and effectiveness suggestions and make recommendations for implementation.
