What is the role of our internal IT staff and how will Broadcore work for them?
Once you order Hosted UNIFIED COMMUNICATION service, Broadcore will contact your technical staff to confirm the details for setting up the service. You will have your own UNIFIED COMMUNICATION administration Web Portal account which will allow your staff to perform administration, such as moves, adds, changes for any user, maintaining a company directory, and administering Auto Call Distributions (ACDs.) From an operators perspective, this is very much like owning an in-house system, without the difficulties of managing physical equipment. Since this Web-based Portal interface is also hosted in the Broadcore Network, the administrator can manage a remote office, or work on changes from home or anywhere he or she has access to an Internet connection. You cant do this with an in-house PBX system, and the Broadcore interface is much easier and intuitive to use than any traditional PBX (or IP-PBX) on the market. And we are on call from 8am to 5pm PT Monday through Friday to assist you in l
