What is the role of management change in organization behaviour?
Management change does play a massive role in the organisation behaviour. It is the management ideologies that actually determines the progress or failure of any organisation. It can motivate or demotivate it’s people within the organisation. The way your competition perceives you and the future of the business is based on the management change and attitude. Management change is inevitable. Since one generation hands over the reigns organisationto the next. Change may be in terms of technology or systems, based on the progression, foresight and vision of the management. Blessed are those who have this change coming their way. It propogates allround progress for man, machine, material and money which I am sure is distributed equally and justly to all to florish. This I call a good management change. Unfortunately, I have seen the role of management change for the worse in my career. I remember starting my career with a very young management we all were more or less on the same wave leng
