Each awardee is responsible for rapidly establishing the new and/or expanded academic programs for which funding has been awarded under this grant. The awardees are responsible for establishing and administering specific requirements for student enrollment, financial support, and graduation. Because this program’s purpose is to rapidly increase the availability of individuals well qualified to fulfill key health IT professional roles (listed above) the awardees are responsible for rapidly recruiting and successfully matriculating students well prepared to embark on the specific certificate and/or degree programs developed under this grant.
