What is the role of DNA polymerase
Dna polymerase is an enzyme which helps in dna replication,it has the capacity to identify 3′-OH grp of sugar and helps in attatchment of the nucleotides and ultimately helps in other strand(complementary) formation.Pyrophosphate is removed in the process.Dna polymerases are of different types and have different roles.The one involved in replication is Dna polymerase Second.Others have proof reading and repair roles.
