What is the role of contractors in reengineering our work processes?
It is important to understand the role of the contractors in this effort. Employees working on the teams play an active role in reviewing their work processes-this is a participatory process. We do not have contractors going off into dark corners and making recommendations about our work processes. They are serving as facilitators to our employee teams, giving them the tools and techniques to help them do their work in better ways.
