What is the role of an Investment Banking Analyst?
SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Investment Banking Analyst Program is a two-year program designed to provide recent college graduates with an introduction to investment banking through an intensive learning experience. The program begins with up to six weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and modeling training designed to give analysts all the tools they will need to be successful. After the classroom training, Analysts join a product group or industry practice group and play a meaningful role in supporting senior investment banking professionals. After the two-year program is completed, you may have the option to continue on as a third-year Senior Analyst based on your performance in the analyst role.
