“Hi! I’m here to talk about the role of the athletic director. Athletic directors have changed over the years. Their main focus is on the total athletic department whether it’s a high school or college, a college campus. They typically do the day to day operations, they report everything all the way up to the president of the school, they do budgets, they take care of injury reports. Pretty much everything the athletic director has to do that has to do with that sport and it’s gotten so huge that literally in colleges, taking care of a multi-million dollar entertain, sport entertainment industry.
