What is the role of an associate on a client team?
Associates take responsibility for a distinctive part of the problem solving for each client engagement. They play a key role in the team’s final recommendations, and present their work to senior client executives. As your skills and experience grow, you will take on more responsibility within each engagement. These years as an associate are a great chance to learn so we will encourage you to test your boundaries with problem solving, try different types of engagements, and push yourself.
