What is the role of a Foreman?
A Foreman is the supervisor of a service area and a mentor to high school students. In their service area Foremen lead a small group of high school crew members as together they serve the Sky Lodge campers. A Foreman mentors the high school crew members by setting a Christ-like example in the service area as well as during off time, leading devotions, and taking initiative in relationships.
