The Senior House Coordinator is employed by Solterra to provide oversight and supervision of household staff in our homes. Confidential Services provided by our Coordinator to our private bedroom with ensuite owners to include Conflict Resolution and Special Needs. Suite owners can reach the Coordinator to discuss privately any problems or difficulties involving their stay in anyone of our homes. The coordinator may be reached in person during one of her weekly visits, by email or telephone, or a confidential link on the “Home Page” of this website.
