What is the role and responsibility of the Housekeeper?
The Housekeeper position is a unique feature and service offered by Solterra in partnership with community organizations specializing in home care. Our housekeepers and relief workers are carefully screened. In this respect, each employee is subject to requisite police checks and they are trained in First Aid, CPR, health and safety practices, elder abuse prevention and food handling standards. Typically, each household staff member will be energetic, compassionate, empathetic and demonstrate excellent practical and organizational skills.
