The Roland VSC (Virtual Sound Canvas) is a software synthesizer based on Roland’s highly successful external Sound Canvas synthesizers. Basically, the VSC allows you to listen to high quality sounds without having to use any external sound sources. You can use it as your MIDI driver with Band-in-a-Box and other PG Music applications. We include the Roland VSC for free with Band-in-a-Box purchases. This includes the VSC-DXi (DirectX Plugin) version, which is recommended over the stand-alone VSC3 version, when using it with Band-in-a-Box, RealBand, and PowerTracks Pro Audio.
