The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a Record of Decision (ROD) for the U.S. 31 Kokomo Corridor Project. The ROD authorizes the preferred alternative identified during the environmental impact study and concludes this phase of the project. It approves the Indiana Department of Transportation’s (INDOT) recommendation of what and where to build to address the safety and congestion issues in the project area.
