What is the Robert Wood Johnson Foundations Preventing Partner Violence in Immigrant Communities: Strengthening What Works program?
The Preventing Partner Violence in Immigrant Communities: Strengthening What Works program will support the evaluation and capacity building of programs that focus on prevention of intimate partner violence (IPV) in immigrant and refugee communities in the United States. Selected programs will engage in a collaborative process of evaluation capacity building and program evaluation. Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) seeks to support programs that use creative, innovative and promising approaches to address the social, economic and cultural factors that prevent IPV in refugee and immigrant communities. RWJF has contracted with LTG Associates to provide technical assistance (TA) in evaluation design and program evaluation for the selected grantees. The evaluation will help to identify best and promising practices in IPV prevention for the named communities and potentially other populations.
