If you purchased your Robeez footwear through a retail shop or another web site, please contact them directly. For purchases on the Robeez website, please visit our Return Policy page for a complete list of options that are situation-specific. Robeez return/exchange policy is 45 days from day of purchase. It is not necessary to return the Robeez shipping box, however, the shoe box/bag needs to be returned along with the shoes. Please ensure you use regular post and not a courier company as we are unable to accept them because of customs charges.
