What is the Road Managers name?
Every now and then your name will not be on the photo pass list, even though you were assured so by the person directly responsible for handing them out. One time, for example, “Steve Rach” was the name listed where mine was supposed to be. My last name had been cut off. But the person at Will Call would not release the pass to me, even though I had business cards with “Steve Rach Mirarchi” on them. Luckily I had the name of the Road Manager with me, and after locating him near the band’s bus, I explained the situation, which he resolved in short order. Knowing the Road Manager’s name will help you as long as you’ve been officially cleared.
