Follow the steps below. 1) You can request the RMA form by email. 2) Fill in the blanks and send it by fax. [Auzentech fax number : 408.727.6275] 3) We will generate an RMA number for you and inform you of it by e-mail. 4) Send your sound card to our office. Make sure to write your RMA number on the package. 5) Upon receipt of your sound card we will verify that the condition of the Product conforms to the terms of the warranty and ship you a new one.
