What is the risk management feature of Project Planner all about?
Risk management is an important feature of Project Planner, with which risk management is made easy. Once a project plan is prepared and saved as a baseline version, an option “Log risk info” is enabled automatically. After this any changes made to the plan which affects scope, resources and schedule or cost will be logged and an exception will be raised. Manager can add the list of risks (s)he at the beginning of the project which he foresees for a project and give a contingency and mitigation plans for each risk.
