The Risk Management Course is a DRE requirement for California real estate agents and brokers who have license expiration dates were later than 6/30/07. At that time, the 12 hour renewal course expanded to 15-hours to include Risk Management. The 45-hour renewal includes Risk Management. The following students will be required to take Risk Management: • Agents or brokers who have completed Allied’s renewal course but have an expiration date of 6/30/07 or later (Stand Alone 3-hr) • Agents or brokers who have not completed any renewal course and have an expiration date of 6/30/07 or later (new 15/45-hr course) • Agents or Brokers whose expiration date was before 6/30/07, but renew late (Stand Alone 3-hr) For agents or brokers who have not completed any renewal course and have an expiration date of 6/30/07 or later, please enroll in our current renewal package plus the risk management stand alone course.
