the rising action in romeo and juliet is when lord capulet tells the servant to give the invitations to all the people that are on the guest list, since the servant dosnt know how to read he tries to find a person who can help him. just then romeo and his friend show up and the servant not knowing they were from the montegue family which the capulets hate, he asks them to read the list and invites them to the party.
