i think the only thing to increase your stamina is to train yourself, especially aerobic type workout (aerobic, dance, swim, running, cycling, etc). I’m asthmatic myself, and I think you could start by running with smaller chunks of time, 5 minutes, increase to 12 minutes, etc.
