It is recommended that you should start your MCA preparation in the final year of Graduation, at least 9 months before the MCA entrance exam. Daily study of 3 hours, for 9 months would be required to cover the entire theory and testing. The normal weightage in MCA entrance is 60% Math and 40% other areas. Therefore one needs to focus more on higher-level Math while preparing for MCA.
