What is the right age to have LASIK laser vision correction?
There is no strict age requirement. However, most individuals by the age of 20-21 have reached a point at which their glasses prescription will remain relatively stable. The key to being a good candidate is that your glasses and/or contact lens prescription should be relatively stable. We have treated patients 19-70 years of age with LASIK.
