What is the Reward return policy?
Reward returns cannot be made without first contacting NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service at 1-866-579-RACE (7223). Rewards can only be exchanged in the event of defects existing on date of receipt or damage in shipment. NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service must be notified of any damage or defect within 30 days of the delivery date. Be sure to note any exceptions, damages, defects or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing to accept shipments. Also, be sure to retain all carton and packaging materials. Original packaging is required on all returns.
