What is the Reward Certificate Program and how does it work?
You will receive a reward certificate with your paperwork 7-10 days after becoming a client with National Family Financial Solutions. This reward certificate is simply a coupon equal to the setup fee paid when becoming a client, which is redeemable after successful completion of your credit counseling program. To qualify as a successful completion means you have to complete the program without being late with the credit counseling agency you are placed with.
