What is the returns policy of MSH Bookstore?
All MSH publications in salable condition may be returned. Credit for returns will be issued as soon as the publication is received. No returns will be accepted for the following: – books returned in unsalable condition – books purchased on a nonreturnable basis* – titles returned three months after receipt All returns received by the customer in damaged condition must reach MSH Bookstore within 60 days of invoice date. When returning books, please enclose a copy of the itemized packing list and indicate the chargeback number on the outside of each carton. Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
