What is the return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your new furniture. Furniture should be in new unused condition. Additional fees will be incurred if furniture is used. Upon return of product customer will be refunded less actual shipping charges to you. If Furniture From Home picks up your order for you, you will be assessed the actual shipping charges back.

Returns will be accepted for defective products only. Returns will be accepted at the purchaser’s expense via UPS, FedEx, US Mail Priority Express or a recognized delivery service that provides a tracking number. In the case of a defective product, the purchaser will be issued a replacement DVD-ROM and a credit on their original shipping charge.
