All items must be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of the original purchase date. Please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number at returns@beautyimprints.com All items must be new, unused and unopened in its original form for a full refund. All returned products must be shipped back to Beauty Imprints prepaid by you. We are not responsible for any packages being lost, damaged or stolen while in transit to our business. Credits and exchanges will be issued within 10 business days with an email confirmation to you. We do not accept any returns on products that have been opened and used.

Customers must notify Stone Locator within a 10-day period from delivery if they wish to return the material. Due to the cost of shipping and handling, all products should be selected carefully with an understanding of the consistency in the color and veining. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus related freight charges. Material that is returned must be packaged for pick-up in the same way it was received. Whenever possible, tile products should be packaged face-to-face and back-to-back to avoid scratches on the surface. Material should be firmly secured inside the crate, or tightly shrink-wrapped on the pallet. StoneLocator.com will not accept returns for goods that have been used by the customer (installed and later uninstalled, or uncrated and handled in a manner that makes the re-sale of the products unfeasible). Credit or refunds for returned goods will be issued after material has been returned to the original shipping location, or other designated StoneLocator.c

A – Whilst Psych Press does not supply goods on approval, all goods are sold with full return credits privileges. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase. Credits are only offered on products which are returned in a saleable condition. For fast service, please include a copy of your invoice (or invoice number) and date of purchase. In order for us to better understand your needs; please include the reason for returning the goods. Products which are returned to Psych Press must be sent via a means which can be tracked to ensure that their receipt can be verified. We encourage returns to be insured prior to sending and be sent with sufficient packaging as packages not received or packages damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and charged at current rates. Please note that shipping & handling charges are still chargeable.
