We are wholesalers, therefore we dont do any returns, refunds or exchanges except if the product is broken at the time of delivery or different from order placed and we are properly notified. We may honor some exchanges if items are in stock and depending on orders.

Three days until two weeks before the semester ends, if the book is in the same condition and must be accompanied by a cash register receipt. We extend our return policy, ten days from the first day of class at the beginning of each semester.

If an item needs to be returned, restocking fees and freight charges may apply. Please call 1-800-638-6015 and a Customer Service representative will assess your situation. If you have any doubts about color matching, please request free color samples prior to placing your order.

You have 30 days to return unused scooters. You are responsible for shipping the scooter back to us, and we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs. Your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the scooter. Returns for defects must be handled through the manufacturer, X-treme Scooters, (see warranty support link above).
