What is the return Policy?
VBS Starter Kits: Full returns within the 90 day review period. New in 2009, we will pay the shipping on starter kit returns. Please call and we will email you a shipping label. Simply print out the label, tape to the box and drop off at any UPS store or UPS pickup location. VBS Stock Orders: You can return all unused and unopened student lessons and crafts. There are no limits on returns, but returns must be mailed to us within one week of you school ending. Some courses have additional return privileges, call us for details. No returns after September 1, 2009. Please call with any specific questions about returns.
If, within 30 days of purchase, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please call the toll-free number, 1-877-647-3900 and explain the problem. If you do not desire a replacement item, you will be responsible for return shipping the original purchase. Your account will be credited the cost of the garment when it is received in the warehouse.
