What is the return Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representitive at info@Energy-Evolution.com call our dedicated customer service at (877) 915-5588 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return. NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility. The returned product must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition, in the ORIGINAL BOX UNDAMAGED with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. “New and unused” means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed, not damaged, not opened. Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation.
