What is the return Policy?
Books may be returned up until two weeks following the date of purchase, unless the text was purchased within the bookstore Safe Dates. The book must be in ‘ mint condition’ as judged by Bookstore personnel – that means no writing in the book, no high lighting of text, no damage to the text or cover, etc. and you must have your original dated cash register receipt. Also, avoid opening anything labelled as an ‘access code’, as once it has been opened we cannot return the textbook.
To process a return for either a download or packaged product: • Request a Letter of Destruction (LOD) by using our online Symantec Store Customer Service Centre. • Following the return form instructions, return the completed LOD to the Symantec Store within the return period*. You may also mail your LOD form to: Symantec Store Returns PO BOX 3089 SLI 2 EN United Kingdom Upon receiving the LOD, the returns department will validate the return according to our policy. All returns must be within our return period for that product. *See below for details. Once the Letter of Destruction is received, we will begin processing a credit within 3 to 5 business days.
A. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the course(s) you have purchased, call us, or email your request to MedWay within 30 days of purchase. You must request a refund prior to taking the test for credit; no refund will be issued after the test has been completed.
