What is the return Policy?
We do our best to ensure that all records are in good condition at the time of shipping. However, we realize that vinyl can be easily damaged in transport. Additionally, records sometimes have manufacturing defects that we were not aware of at the time of shipping. Therefore, we offer the following return policy on damaged / defective items: If you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. If there are damaged items in your shipment, you must request a return authorization before we will ship any replacements. This is to ensure that your claim is handled accurately and efficiently. Stocked merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 7 days of pick-up or delivery. Non-refundable fees include the original delivery charge, any assembly fees and Fabri-Coate charges. In addition, a pick-up fee (equal to the original delivery charge) will be retained. After 48 hours, cancelled or returned special order merchandise may also be charged a restocking fee equal to 30% of the total. Please note that mattresses and bed linens are not returnable. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and hardware. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer’s containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. When you purchase a printed manual, you have 30 days from the time you RECEIVE the product to examine the hard copy we send. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can send the hard copy and unopened software (CD) back to us for full product credit. However, opening the CD (software) VOIDS this return policy. Orders for downloadable products may be “returned” within 48 hours of the expiration for a refund if you are not satisfied. To read more about returns click here.
