What is the return Policy?
We know our customers will be happy with our service, which is why we include the first month of service for free. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your phone and receive a full refund. You must return your brand new phone within 14 days of the purchase date. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt , the original box, user manuals, charger and any accessories. Also, the phone must be in like-new condition and have less than 200 minutes. If you do not meet the requirements of this policy, we will not be able to give a full refund. *Certain restriction will apply to handsets other than brand new. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout). Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we sincerely apologize and we will happily reprint it at no cost to you. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guranteed return policy. If your are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused portion 30 days from the shipped date and you will not be billed for the order. We will happily accept returns within 21 days of shipment for store credit only. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Some items such as footwear, skincare, handbags, intimates, furniture and accessories cannot be returned and will be noted on the site as a Final Sale.
