Video tapes are non-refundable once they have been opened. Unopened video tapes may be returned for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Some videos sold by Midwifery Today are not shrink wrapped, and we cannot tell if they have been opened. In this case we apply the honor system, and the video may be returned for an exchange or refund if it has not been viewed. Midwifery Today will retain the shipping and handling fee on returns or exchanges. Defective videos may be returned for an exchange or a refund, in which case, Midwifery Today will refund or give credit for your return shipping.
