What is the return policy on my i-wireless phone?
A customer has 14 days to return an i-wireless phone to Kroger for a full refund. The handset must be in like new condition and all packaging and parts (handset, battery, charger and manual) must be included in the original box. If the handset has been activated, there may not be more than $3.00 of airtime used on the account or the return will not be processed. Proof of purchase is required. A Handset Return Form must be completed for all returns to be processed.
